Fate of Believers and non Believers

The abuses for disbelievers continues…
3/4 Indeed, those who disbelieve in the verses of Allah will have a severe pu
nishment, and Allah is exalted in Might, the Owner of Retribution.
3/10 Indeed, those who disbelieve – never will their wealth or their children avail them against Allah at all. And it is they who are fuel for the Fire.
3/21 Those who disbelieve in the signs of Allah and kill the pro
phets without right and kill those who order justice from among the people – give them tidings of a painful punishment.
3/28 Let not believers take disbelievers as allies rather than believers.
3/32 Say, “Obey Allah and the Messenger.” But if they turn away – then indeed, Allah does not like the disbelievers. Indeed, those who disbelieve and die while they are disbelievers – never would the [who
le] capacity of the earth in gold be accepted from one of them if he would [seek to] ransom himself with it. For those there will be a painful punishment, and they will have no helpers.
3/116 Indeed, those who disbelieve – never will their wealth or their children avail them against Allah at all, and those are the companions of the Fire; they will abide therein eternally.
3/127 That He might cut down a section of the disbelievers or suppress them so that they turn back disappointed.
Entire chapter categorises people into two and this is fully dedicated to the categorisation. I have skipped many verses deliberately, because they are mere repititions  , and I can find only two things in this chapter:
  1. Beleivers promised rewards
  2. Disbeleivers being abused and threatened of punishments.
Allah mentioned here, appears to me more like a king who protects his followers, and plans traps to destroy and terrorise those who do not follow him. God described here seems to have mortal emotions like Jealousy, hatrdness, anger. So whoever wrote Koran wanted to unite people, under an imaginary king called Allah and hence rule them. But why should someone do like that?  That is all about politics, a great international politics. As far as I have read Quran till now, I see the ideology more political and hardly philosophical.
